The Gunners extended their lead at the top of the table on Sunday after a comfortable 4-1 win over managerless Crystal Palace.

Bukayo Saka scored a brace whilst Gabriel Martinelli and Granit Xhaka were also on the score sheet. Jeffrey Schlupp was the scorer for Palace.

After the match, Arteta said: “Everyone has to give a little bit more. It’s not a secret. If you want to maintain that level, everyone has to step in and give a little bit more. Rob [Holding] is an example of what we needed today.”

Arsenal will host Leeds United after the international break. Can Arteta’s men hold off City and clinch their first Premier League title since 03/04 season? Only time will tell.
